WHY IT MATTERS

Get the setup your production requires.

A rental list needs to work as a complete setup. Camera, lighting, audio and accessories should fit the intended production and the people operating them. We review your brief to identify what is needed, what your team already has and where support may be required. The confirmed booking sets out the equipment, timing and responsibilities.

SCOPE

What we bring to your project.

01

Studio & green-screen rental

Arrange the appropriate studio resources where available and agreed for the production.

02

Camera packages

Scope camera requirements around the production rather than assuming a one-size-fits-all kit.

03

Lighting resources

Plan lighting equipment according to the set, subject and creative requirements.

04

Audio resources

Provide or coordinate audio resources where required for the production.

05

Production accessories

Include relevant support equipment and accessories according to the confirmed rental list.

06

Crew support

Technical or production crew can be scoped separately where the rental also requires people to operate or support the setup.

PROCESS

A clear route from brief to delivery.

01

Review the requirements

We discuss the shoot format, location and equipment you already have. Technical requirements and any gaps in the requested setup are clarified.

02

Confirm availability

We check the requested resources for the proposed period. The equipment list and any agreed alternatives are confirmed before booking.

03

Agree the arrangements

We define the rental period, collection or delivery arrangements and support responsibilities. Booking terms and any additional costs are set out in the quotation.

04

Coordinate the handover

We coordinate the agreed equipment or studio arrangements and return requirements. Any changes to timing or resources are reviewed against availability.

GOOD FIT

Have a production team and need the resources?

For filmmakers, creators and businesses planning studio work, interviews, product shoots or other productions. Send your equipment list, shoot location, dates and rental duration. If the setup is still being planned, share the type of shoot and the technical requirements you know.

PRICING

Scope first. Quote second.

No public reference price is approved for equipment or studio rental. Availability, rental period, equipment list and support requirements are confirmed before quotation.

Reference prices are in USD and are not binding quotations. Final pricing, inclusions, external costs and timing are confirmed after the discovery meeting.

FAQ

Before we begin.

Can I rent equipment without booking production?

Yes. Rental can be a standalone engagement. We confirm the equipment, duration and any support requirements for your specific shoot.

Is an operator or crew included?

Crew support is only included when specified. Tell us who will operate the equipment and whether you need technical assistance so it can be quoted appropriately.

Can you guarantee a specific camera or studio date?

Availability must be confirmed for the requested dates. A general enquiry or equipment reference does not reserve resources.

What affects the rental quote?

The equipment or studio required, rental duration, support and logistics shape the quote. The booking details and any applicable terms are confirmed before you proceed.

NEXT STEP

Planning your next shoot?

Tell us what you're producing, when and where you're shooting, and which equipment or studio resources you need. We'll discuss availability and the appropriate setup.
